Registration Information
ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE CONFERENCE CLOSES AFTER JUNE 23rd! After June 23rd you must register onsite for $125 per person. Please read the following information about GCER registration carefully before completing the online registration forms. STOP!
If you are not planning on attending the entire conference, but would like to watch the tournament and the open practice sessions ONLY you do not need to register for the conference through the Botball website or through the conference website. Please keep in mind that if you choose to be a tournament spectator only you WILL NOT have access to other conference events, conference center amenities, and will not be able to purchase food in the cafeteria. The conference center will have a snack bar open near the tournament room each day from 11:30 am - 2 pm where lunch can be purchased.
IMPORTANT! This year’s GCER registration is a two step process!!
In order to participate in the 2009 GCER each attendee must complete two registration forms. You must register for the conference through the Botball website and then complete the registration process for the conference venue at their website.
STEP ONE
Complete the online GCER registration through the Botball website!
- Visit our online registration form and register for the conference, which includes the International Botball Tournament and Beyond Botball.
- The cost for each person attending the conference is $95.
- Your GCER registration covers all of the regular conference related events including the tournaments, guest speakers, breakout sessions and showcase.
- GCER registration does not cover preconference, the fourth of July field trip or food/lodging at the conference venue.

STEP TWO
Complete the online National Conference Center registration through their website!
- ALL conference attendees must complete the conference venue registration whether you intend to stay at the onsite hotel or not! Click here to access the conference center registration site.
- We encourage all participants to stay at the conference hotel since there are no other nearby hotel accommodations. Also, conference hotel room rates include meals!
- If you do not stay at the conference hotel you must register with the conference center to secure a “day pass”. A day pass allows the conference attendee who is not staying at the hotel access to all the venue amenities and serves as a meal pass. A day pass costs $30 per day per person.
- The venue registration will be online until Sunday, June 14th. After that date you will have to call the venue to reserve rooms or register to attend the conference. Rooms will be reserved as they are available after the June 14th deadline.
- NOTE: For people registering for a day pass, some or all of your day pass fees could be waived if you’re interested in filling some volunteer positions from time to time throughout the conference.
