2009 International Botball Tournament
The Global Conference on Educational Robotics hosts the International Botball Tournament where Botball teams from around the world vie for the International Championship. Any team that competes in a regional tournament regardless of how they finish is encouraged to participate in the International Botball Tournament. The seeding and double elimination rounds of the International Botball Tournament are free and open to the public.
Tournament Finals Webcast
Thanks to the support of NASA and the National Conference Center, KISS Institute for Practical Robotics will be webcasting the final rounds of the International Botball Tournament live on Sunday, July 5th, between 2pm and 6pm. Around that time, you should be able to reach the webcast at mms://sargasso-3.arc.nasa.gov/gcer09.

The 2009 Botball Game
Over the years, the denizens of Robopolis have become increasingly aware of the damage being caused to their once idyllic valley by their use of fossil fuels. Mayor Botguy, a noted expert on clean energy technologies, has convinced Robopolis authorities that it is past time for a change. In this year’s game, teams join Mayor Botguy in the search for clean energy to power Robopolis!
