Housing and Day Pass Information
This year’s conference venue is an all-inclusive facility. The hotel and conference center are all together on one campus and feature a number of nice amenities. The venue has hotel accommodations, food service, and recreational facilities in addition to the conference center. We highly encourage all of our Botball participants to stay at the conference center while attending the GCER.
If you do not plan on staying at the conference hotel, you must still register for a day pass to gain access to the conference center! Day passes cost $30 per person per day and include meals. It’s very important to note that all people attending the GCER must complete both the GCER online registration AND the conference center registration whether you are staying as a hotel guest or not.

PLEASE NOTE: You may make your reservations at this website until midnight on Sunday, June 14th. After that time you must contact the venue directly to make arrangements. Accommodations will continue to be made as space is available.

The Sports Center swimming pool at the conference center will be available for open swim as listed below:
Monday 6/29 - Friday 7/3: 4 pm - 8 pm
Saturday 7/4: 10 am - 8 pm
Sunday 7/5: 10 am - 4 pm
