Global Conference on Educational Robotics™
The 2009 Global Conference on Educational Robotics was held at the National Conference Center in Leesburg, VA ( about 35 miles from Washington, D.C. ) from July 1st to July 5th. Pre-conference activities were held on June 30th. Students, teachers, mentors and parents representing 61 teams from across the globe participated in the conference and the International Botball Championship. The Beyond Botball Tournament featured twelve adult teams from across the United States.
